How long does stump grinding take?▼
Most single residential stumps take 30–60 minutes. Larger stumps or stumps with extensive surface roots may take longer. Multi-stump jobs are usually completed in one visit — we'll give you a time estimate when we quote the job.
Do you clean up the debris after grinding?▼
Standard grinding leaves wood chips spread over the area. For an additional cost, we can haul away all chips and fill the hole with black dirt, leaving your yard level and ready for new grass or landscaping. Just ask when you request your quote.
How close to a fence, building, or utility line can you work?▼
We operate safely near fences, structures, and landscaping. If you have utility flags already placed or know of buried lines near the stump, let us know when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly.

How deep do you grind the stump?▼
We grind stumps 6+ inches below the surface so the area is level, safe to walk on, and ready for new grass or landscaping. If you need a greater depth for a specific project, just let us know.
